Lake R.C.Longmire is about 13 miles East of Pauls Valley on Highway 19.
2 miles South. Look for the lake signs.

UP DATE A help desk will be staffed starting from 4-7pm on Friday night, from 8am-12pm on Saturday. The help desk will be your source for information. Please check in at the help desk before the start of the event. The help desk will insure that all participants are registered, and will provide the needed identification for those taking advantage of the catered meals.
Some of us will need to bring lawn chairs or camp chairs when you come up for meals. If any one has a folding table or two, that we can use to just serve meals off of, then we can use the five picnic tables there to eat on. The pavilion is big with lots of room. .
Join us for a weekend of friends, fun, food, and geocaching. Come for the day or stay all weekend! We’ll have something for everybody: whether you want to cache your way through the weekend or just sit around the campfire and swap stories. All ages welcome. Just come have some fun. Go at your on pace.
There are no trail system at this lake .
This is a nice city lake, with Comfort stations with showers.
RV sites $10.00 elect./water and Primitive sites $5.00,
First come first served!

Meals
Each cacher needs to fill out and sign a Registration Form whether they are getting meals or not for the waiver of responsibility.

Meals are being catered, there will be three meals,
Saturday supper, Sunday breakfast, and Sunday lunch.
There will be a $26.25 charge for this.
Meal fees must be received by April /19/ 2008
Sorry about the increase in the meals price.
Did not add enough taxes to start with !
Tee Shirts
The tee shirts will be orange with black design on back. T-Shirts Form.
Deadline for t-shirt orders is April /7 / 2008
Hide & Seek
You need to fill out three cache page forms and turn them in at the help desk .
Game entries must be turned into the help desk by 11:00am Sat ,
sooner if possible !
Rules:
#1 One cache per register cacher.
#2 Cache should be along the lines of a real cache that could be placed in the real world, Not just as a prop, no moving caches or moving tags .
#3 Cache must contain some kind of identifier: token, stamp, punch, code .
Poker Run
Playing the Poker Run
Each registered cacher can participate.
1. Find each of the 5 Poker Run geocaches.
2. Take only one envelope per cacher. Envelopes are numbered and no duplicated numbered envelopes can be used.
3. Do not open envelopes. Open envelopes are void and cannot be used for a winning hand.
4. Bring unopened envelopes to the help desk between 9:00am and 11:00am.
5. The help desk will open the envelopes and determine the hands value.
6. Cards will be returned to cachers.
7. The winning hand will be determined during the final activities around 12:00pm.
8. Winners will need to present the winning hand at the closing activities.
