This Geocache is on the site of the Millennium year production of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', performed by Bakewell Youth Theatre in July 2000. The field, owned by the parish, has an old quarry which forms a natural amphitheatre - ideal for outdoor productions and November 5th bonfires!
A half litre screw-top plastic container with some small but tasteful items (well at least to start with!). If you don't want to walk up from the town there is parking for 3 or 4 cars at N53.12.824 W001.41.282 (SK20931, 68566) and it is a flat walk across fields to the cache site.
