Geocache Description:

From this cache you can see the 3rd bridge. Of the 4 bridges across the Warrior, this is actually the third. There have been others before. Wikipedia would have you believe this is the fourth bridge. Actually the Paul W. Bryant Bridge was planned before the toll bridge was built.

Finding this ammo can gives you a good look at the bridge through the trees. While it was built after the toll bridge, it had long been planned. The chase for federal highway funds, ROW acquisition and environmental issues made the process longer.

Named for the Bear this tall bridge is a nice addition to the many things around town that celebrate his achievements.

FTF prize is an unactivated Bahama Coin. I also dropped in a Crimson Tide coin and Jeep Travel Bug.
