Slippery Hill to climb, in Monaca Pa.
4" by 3" Round camo painted lock n lock. Short Hike say 100 yards. But up hill. Use stealth. People use this path to get to and from. The path starts behind the dumpsters. Might be tough in the snow. I would raise it 2 notches.
