This cache is a velcro micro located near the local fishing hole in Yazoo City, MS known as the Welfare Hole.
This cache a small 2.5 inch tube wrapped in black electrical tape with green cap. The cache is velcroed at the cache site. It contains only a log sheet, so bring a pen!
