Geocache Description:

Visit us at www.MSGA.Net - Home of the Mississippi Geocachers Association

Small cache container will hold log and a couple of coins or a small travel bug. Daytime cache. Park closes at dark.

This cache is located at the Vicksburg Riverfront Park. While watching Old Glory flying from the Mississippi River Bridge you will also see tugboats pushing their tow up and down the Mississippi River. The park has a playground, picnic tables, restrooms, pavillion, volley ball court and a walking path. Park should be open seven days a week but closes everyday at dark. You will have to take great precaution while searching and signing the log due to the many muggles that will be visiting the park. Be sure to secure the top so that contents will not be exposed.
