In the Treavallyn Dam reserve on the road to the Hoo Hoo Hut, in light to moderate bush. Bring good shoes, fun for the whole family.
This is my first Geocache!
Located in the Trevallyn reserve near a little pond of merky water (hence the name), this orignal bush is bueatiful with heaps of walking tracks for a morning stroll or mountian biking.
Please bring closed shoes as there is some spiky grass and other things like steping over branches that could cut unprotected feet.
If the water makes you want to go for a swim i suggust you dont go there, but if you follow the road to the Hoo Hoo hut here is the sign for the windsurfing area, i find this very nice to swim in as it is fresh water and it is not to crouded. Or you can have a BBQ. If you want you can even drive to the dam and have a look around there.
Please make fair swaps, if you take something cool leave something cool (or even cooler!)not junk, this way everybody can have a fun experience.
And most of all have fun!
