Decrypt the puzzle below to find a familiar group of four words: I
have added a hint below to help you if you can't figure it out.

Take the resultant phrase and substitute each
letter in turn for it's corresponding place in the alphabet.
e.g. A=1, B=2, C=3 etc.
Find the sum of the digits in each word. This
will give you four numbers. Call these A,B,C and D respectively.
The checksum for these when added together is 168.
