This is a two-stage multi cache. Stage Two is less than five hundred feet from Stage One. The cache title will make sense when you arrive at Stage One.
Though not the most scenic parts of our fair city, it is an area free of caches (a rarity in these parts). Coordinates for Stage Two can be found at Stage One. Both containers may be a challenge to open, but they do open. As you will soon discover, you do not need to bring your own pen.
