In my travels for work and recreation, I have found some areas that are suspiciously void of caches. I suspect this is due to the area’s lack of interesting features. I find this interesting. I will be placing a series caches in these areas that I call “Cache Without An Interesting Location”, CWAIL. Most will be simple roadside caches but I will only choose areas that have safety in mind. Plenty of road visibility in any direction, wide enough pullouts to safely get out of your vehicle, information about what side of the road it is on, and directions to be able to turn around and get on the correct side. Although you may be able to cross the road on foot, I never recommend that unless it is a very quiet, country road.
This cache is located on the WEST side of the highway. There is plenty of room on this side to pull over. There is another large pullout on the East side of the highway just North of GZ.I DO NOT recommend crossing on foot! There is also a good turnaround spot less than 1 mile North of GZ. Highway Patrol in this area is aware of Geocaching (he stopped by while I was placing) so don’t be shy 
No need to go onto private property.
Cache is a plastic medicine bottle a little bigger then a film container. Original contents are a log, a small lizard (trackable), and 1000 Colones (Costa Rican) for FTF. Coords were a bit jumpy due to cloud cover so let me know if it is way off.
