Inspired by a cacher in Hampton Roads, this cache was placed in a commonly passed by area of the JMU campus. Original container only has a log - I doubt you would be able to put anything else in it. The area certainly has a high muggle rating at times, and stealth is required. Parking may be difficult, but I'll leave it up to you to park at your own risk. This is one of my first caches, so I will modify the difficulty rating based on the logs. Message me if you need a hint.
