Everyone must admit that there has been at least one time in their life that they have seen something in the nighttime sky that didn’t really look like a plane… Whether you believe in Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO’s) or not, some would swear they exist…

{WASHINGTON - Democratic presidential hopeful Dennis Kucinich may have been ridiculed for saying he had seen a UFO, but for some former military pilots and other observers, unidentified flying objects are no laughing matter.
An international panel of two dozen former pilots and government officials have called on the U.S. government to reopen its generation-old UFO investigation as a matter of safety and security, given continuing reports about flying discs, glowing spheres and other strange sightings.
Panelists from seven countries, including former senior military officers, said they had each seen a UFO or conducted an official investigation into UFO phenomena.
The subject of UFOs grabbed the spotlight in the U.S. presidential race last month when Kucinich, a congressman from Ohio, said during a televised debate with other Democratic candidates that he had seen one.
“It’s a question of who you going to believe your lying eyes or the government?” remarked John Callahan, a former Federal Aviation Administration investigator who said the CIA in 1987 tried to hush up the sighting of a huge lighted ball four times the size of a jumbo jet in Alaska.
The panel, organized by a group dedicated to winning credibility for the study of UFOs, urged Washington to resume UFO investigations through the U.S. Air Force or NASA.
“It would certainly, I think, take a lot of angst out of this issue,” said former Arizona Gov. Fife Symington, who said he was among hundreds who saw a delta-shaped craft with enormous lights silently traverse the sky near Phoenix in 1997.
The Air Force investigated 12,618 UFO reports from 1947 to 1969 in what was known as Project Blue Book. Investigators concluded that the incidents posed no threat and there was no evidence of space aliens or a super technology in operation.}

“We were putting up Halloween decorations on October 16th, around 7:30 PM, 4 adults and 3 children. Out of nowhere, the sky lit up and I said, "Look how beautiful the sky is!" As the others looked up I said, look, look, look!" Approximately six to seven bright white balls of light appeared in a row at a slant across the big dipper. No sound, no smoke, no movement. They disappeared as quickly as they appeared.
At 8:15 PM, about 50 yards to the left of us, another ball of light appeared. It was an amber color and as we watched it, it changed from one ball to four amber lights, as in a circle. About 5 minutes later, several feet over to our left, again there were about seven amber lights in a "V" shape, like a geese formation when they fly south. I called our local airport during that time to see if there was anything going on that we should know about and explained what our family saw. I was told that we are not the only callers on the UFO and they had no activity on their monitors to explain what we might have seen.
On October 17th, a man from Ross County, Ohio had the same sightings that we saw and he video taped it, and it was on Channel 10 News in Columbus, Ohio.
There were a lot of people trying to explain to the public, what we appeared to have seen was entirely something to do with military or something like that. I have lived in this area all of my life and no plane, copter, or blimp fit the lights and formation that we seen that night.”
Sometimes there just are not scientific explanations for what one sees that is out of the ordinary…
In the meantime, keep watching… Seeing unusual things is just one reason to look up at the night sky and wonder…For those that see objects hover in the sky motionless then tear off at twice the speed of sound breaking Newton’s law of motion, they are convinced UFO’s exist… After all, it’s a great big universe out there… It would be kind of egotistical to think we were alone in it… Many scientists believe we are probably not alone in the galaxy, but that it is most likely no one has visited us, YET….
