Suburbia, in a round sort of way. Private property, no permission required.

Upon finding this cache, paper and pen will be provided so as you may provide me with a brief, general description of any difficulties. This may assist me in further adjusting difficulty and terrain. The Neighbors are very well of the cache and enjoy it there. You will have no problems.

Oh, by the why the way this cache is on privite property and permission to the property is not required. Easy one to find anyway.
