This is a very busy park when it's fishing season, and there are often people out walking on the 0.42 mile loop around the lake when the weather is nice. There's a grumpy neighbor nearby that likes to ambush & question cachers, even though the cache is on park property. Hunt it while it's cold or snowy and you'll have an easier time with muggles, although it may be harder to find the cache....
