Here’s a fun new smallish hide in honor of one of the more inventive cache hiders in Central PA, BICCachers. He had a really unique hide in this general area before, and I am paying tribute to his creativity with another cache that is hopefully at a level to be a tribute...
For some, this may be too easy; for others, well... keep trying... Let’s try this with no hints. 
Parking available very close to cache... The cache is NOT in the stone wall; no need to look there – please don’t disturb the ambiance of that area. Of course, it goes without saying, that it will NOT be in the roadway right-of-way; also, there's no need to get down into the rocky area. BE SURE TO REASSEMBLE THE CACHE THE SAME WAY YOU FOUND IT, to help with its intended level of camouflage. B.Y.O.P....
