bullmoose_rocks: Another missing in action and between nearby development and thus area being used for garbage over the years, I'm archiving this one as well. Thanks everyone who found this and enjoyed solving the puzzle. This was another favorite puzzle of mine - inspired by the kids menu at a local restaurant.

Solving is kinda simple. Look at the image though a red lense. You'll see coordinates upside down in ROT-13. Do a quick decoding and you are on your way.

Blue Rodeo is still one of my favourite bands.

Geocache Description:

Cache is a camoed 1.2L Lock 'n Lock.

The cache name - Outskirts - comes from not only being on the southern outskirts of the city, but also because it is the name of the first album from my favorite band - Blue Rodeo. Blue Rodeo has been a mainstay on the Canadian pop and country scenes for over 20 years. As my favorite band, I thought I'd build a puzzle as a tribute. Hidden with the names of Blue Rodeo song titles below, you can find the coordinates for the cache.
