This location is the home of Cleveland Public Power. (I think it's still here.) Anyway, I'm sure it is the location of the one of Robert Wyland's whale paintings. Song of the Whales was dedicated in 1997. Why Cleveland? Ya got me. But there's this cool park here. So I figured it should have a cache. If you are a birder, bring the binoculars.
