wuster: All good things must come to an end! It's has been a good 4 years run for this cache!
When I placed this cache, the old man was only sitting at the bench by the entrance w/ couple suitcases. It seems like he has gained a few more in his procession and now occupied the pavilion instead of just the little bench. With him being "stationed" at the pavilion, it would be quite difficult and uncomfortable to search for the cache, I have decided to go ahead and archive this cache.
It has been a great run and I hope everyone enjoyed this little rest area right above the busy street. Happy Caching!
