Stargate P12130 TB Cache Traditional Geocache

The stargate operated by the U.S. Air Force's Stargate Command (SGC) at Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center near Colorado Springs, Colo., is one of a vast number of wormhole-generating "doors" that allow for near-instantaneous intergalactic travel.

Created millions of years ago by the Ancients, one of the earliest living beings in the universe, they are scattered throughout planets, with each stargate bearing a unique address, similar to a telephone number.

Stargates are made of the element Naquadah (sometimes transliterated from the original language as Naquada), a quartzite metal not found on Earth. A teleportational wormhole is generated when charged neutrinos are applied to Naquadah, the only known element that absorbs and energizes with neutrinos. This forms a stable, artificial wormhole that connects to another stargate. The derivative Naquadria is a powerful yet unstable fuel source; prolonged exposure to its radiation can cause mental disorders.

• Trackablesarriving from other galaxies will be placed in the local duties ziplock. These trackables are available for retrieval. Any trackables visiting the cache on local duties should also go in this ziplock
  
• If you leave trackables for transport to other galaxies (Stargates) should be left in the Stargate transportation ziplock and left in the cache for collection by the Stargate operator.  A log entry should indicate the Stargate address you wish the trackable to be transported to.

If a trackable is left at this cache with a valid Stargate address(see list of addresses below), the trackable will be transported to that specified Stargate Cache (for example: if “P3898” is included in the log entry or on a physical note attached to the trackable, that trackable will arrive at the Stargate P3898 TB Cache, Central Kansas, USA).

If the trackable is left without a valid Stargate address, or has an invalid address, it will be transported to a cache that best advances its goal (in the cache owner’s opinion), or denied access to the Stargate Network if no Stargate TB Cache advances its goals.

If a trackable owner doesn’t want their trackable to travel the Stargate network, quickly contact me (Beagle Team) and I’ll revoke its travelling orders. If the Cacher dropping off the trackable doesn’t want the trackable to travel the Stargate network, include this information in the cache log (both paper and web) and place the trackable in the local duties only ziplock. The trackable will be assigned local support duty.

* Trackables travelling overseas, or to other countries, may require multiple wormhole trips to intermediate Stargates to complete their mission. Additionally, a Zero Point Module (ZPM) may be required. Logistics to arrange multiple trips and/or to secure a ZPM may take several weeks or more. If the Trackables' Commanding Officer (i.e., owner) does not want the Trackable to volunteer for such a lengthy, long-distance mission, just quickly contact Beagle Team and I will revoke the Trackables' travel orders and reassign the Trackable to local support duties (i.e., redirect the TB to local caches).
