Geocache Description:

The name I wanted for this was "Where Have All The Good Times Cachers Gone?", but it was more than 50 characters.

First off, don't take this the wrong way. By no means does this mean that I think there aren't any "good" cachers currently. In fact, there's a ton of them and they've become even more fun and creative as the sport evolves (sorry, too many names to mention).
But that won't change the fact of the cache hiders names I saw most frequently when I first started caching and set the hiding bar high for me .... Robbies Family, Jeo, Glenn95630, Putt, MikieP, Species5618, and Kimbo.
This is the part that's concerning to me...when is the last time you've seen one of those names show up on your watch lists or owned caches? Does this mean MY caching adventures are becoming numbered? I hope not!

Now, the cache itself. A fairly easy multi cache in what has traditionally been one of my favorite spots on Folsom Lake. However you typically had to take a long walk from Brown's Ravine or take your shoes and socks off to cross New York Creek to access it. Now there is a great new bridge that allows you to enjoy this peaceful cove.
Do watch because there is poison oak EVERYWHERE. It probably took longer for me to seek out a PO free spot than it will for you to find it. There are two ways you can approach...one is much less itchier and the other is the way I was hoping you took to continue on and enjoy this trail.

Special thanks to Saipan5 for leaving this spot vacated for so long.

Man, I just wish there was nearby parking so you didn't have to start at Monte Vista or the end of Lakehills Drive.
