A straightforward cache that provides you with a different view of Doubtless Bay and the resort beaches of Coopers Beach and Cable Bay. You will need to progress along a quiet back country road to access GZ.
The area bounds the Whakaangi Landcare Trust where its biodiversity protection project provides help for the protection of Kiwi and other plants and animals. Accordingly dogs are not allowed. There are good views looking back the way you will have come over Doubtless Bay, Coopers Beach and Cable Bay.
The cache is a 1 litre plastic screwtop container with appropriate camoflague. It contains log book, pencil and a selection of exchangeables.
