How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

A geocoin rest stop and exchange station within a few steps of pull-out parking.

The Munt Toren (Mint Tower) was built in Amsterdam in 1619. Coins of silver and gold were struck in this building for a short period of time.

In 1666 a carillon of 38 bells was added. Today it plays automatically every 15 minutes. However, on Fridays live performances often peal out between 3:00 and 4:00 PM.

Don't be tempted to pull over on the Trans Canada Highway. There's a quiet country road nearby with a pull out within steps of the cache. On your way back to the highway, take some time to stop by our famous local 'Mint' : ).

Please add or trade only geocoins or TBs that fit. Coins and TBs can be moved without trading. Help yourself and don't forget to log them.
