Not a new puzzle cache, but Another Annoying Micro.
There have been quite a few caches in the local area that were recently archived. It seems of late we're getting nothing but puzzle caches placed. I have nothing against puzzles but I think we should balance out with some traditional, albeit a little difficult, finds.
This is a bad weather friendly and sort of out of the elements micro cache, accessible anytime and with a unique view of State College and Penn State.
Cache container is key holder with a log book and mini-pencil. There is *no* room for cache stash so please do not bring any. There is a pencil in the cache but it would be wise to bring one with you.
Due to the location of the cache satellite reception will be limited at best, about 25 feet from the cache you can get a clear view of the sky though.
Parking can be found nearby or very nearby, but be careful not to park in the permit lots during weekdays. You will get a ticket! Have fun, be safe and leave no trace.
Be sure to have some Creamery ice cream before you leave the area.
