No one knows why this site was graded. It is too small for a house seat or even a mobile home. It was graded at the time that gas wells were being developed in the area, so I think they may have started on the wrong site.
You are looking for a small lock-n-lock container, painted green/brown. It was hidden with an accuracy of 13 feet, and an average of 75 readings.
