Geocache Description:

An easy walk to find an Acorn in the woods......

This cache was placed for the Re-Gift-O-Rama Event and was one of five caches in Collins Park (two are now archived). The park offers a pavilion, baseball field, grills, many trails and a playground for the kids. Bathrooms are available seasonally.

This cache was named after our Geo-Dog, whose name is Acorn. Please park at the posted parking coordinates. The cache is no longer an acorn (used to be an plastic hanging acorn) – it is a decon container. As with all decons please be sure to close properly or it will not be watertight for the next finder. Don't forget a pen :-)
