Christa McAuliffe Park Cache
We often have organized Ultimate Frisbee games here. The Mrs. in the ThomasFamilyTeam was part of the founding members of "Children at Play" who raised the funds to build the playground back in the mid '90s.
Now, unfortunately, there is a skate park and the colorful language used there make the kid's playground not quite so family friendly at times.
It is still our ultimate park. If you see an Ultimate Frisbee game going on say "hi" 'cause one of the ThomasFamilyTeam members is probably playing.
This is an Camo-Ammo can cache with lots of fun trading items in it. Cameron Park was needing a cache of this size for travel bugs and trading. Be sure to return the can to its nicely hidden state.
The area is mowed down annually so be aware of tiny poison oak sprouts near the trees. Even though there are good hiding spots near those trees, this cache is place away from the PO.
