In the Sehome Hill Arboretum. You can park before the gate and hike up the trail to the left of the road. Go up the steps, pass the face carved in the log and when you hit a fork stick to the middle trail.
This one is hidden pretty well due to the high muggle traffic. I'm caching with a explorist 210 so the accuracy isn't the best with all the tree cover. If you can get better accuracy please let me know.
With this being a themed cache I would prefer to have some tb's in the for sharing. A few other cachers don't see tb's as "trade items" but I don't see it as trading more like sharing and if possible the next cacher that comes along can take it closer to its destination or help it along with its goal.
