The cache is NOT at the above coordinates. The coordinates will take you to the parking area for the cache. In the heart of Hagatna, Skinner Plaza contains several memorials to our veterans. During the year, this is a popular park for tourists and locals alike. It is especially well-known for the Christmas festivals put on by the Guam Chamber of Commerce during the holiday season.
