Geocache Description:

This is another quick grab

The old pike is refering to US 22a the original part of the interstate road that was the main artery to the west for this area. It has since been by passed. The new 4 lane runs parrallel to it. Just like all the places that the new roads have by passed. It has left the towns along the old routes in a state of disrepair and lonliness.
