Geocache Description:

This cache was placed as part of the Neighbour of Leap Year's day Bash Event. We drove past the site several times before deciding that it would be an unbeatable site to place a cache.

* Please note that this cache is not available on Sundays or public holidays.

We thought this to be a very interesting site based on the name of the restaurant and bar; "Unbeatable Properties/Eiendomme". After scoping out the site we had a talk to the owner about this very perculiar name for a Restaurant and Bar. We found out that it will soon be more than that.

Initially this spot started out as a realty office but then they realised that it would be a nice idea to serve some snacks to possible buyers. Well, you can't have snacks on its own, so then they decided to start serving drinks. It wasn't long before they applied for an alcohol license and turned the spot into a full fledged restaurant and bar.

Scoping out the site we also found a lot of plants standing around and when we asked the owner about it, she said that she is planning to open a nursery on site as well. They are also planning to put up stalls on the grounds for a flea market.

What other possibilities the site hold, we don't know yet, but the owner is definately full of ideas so I really think the spot is worth visiting. We are even sure that you might find an unbeatable bargain. Whether it be a house, plants or just a relaxing lunch.
