This is the seventh in a series of local landmarks started by
mgbmusic. I hope it is up to his standards.
This landmark has been around forever, and is a favorite of
blue-collar, white-collar, and no-collar patrons. You'll find me
and Dsykes here every other month or so, at odd hours of the day.
It's proximity to the expressway, mini parking garage, ample street
parking, and public transportation access help to make it a very
popular spot for lots of folks. Open 24-hours a day, and offering
just about anything you would desire, at whatever time of day you
want it. Fast and friendly service is another trademark, although
they can get a little frazzled just before shift change. Give 'em a
break, wouldja?
The container is different than others in this series, but still
a very traditional hide. The cache is not placed on the property,
and you do not have to go inside to retrieve it, although I
recommend an inside visit to get the full effect.
The hint is a dead giveaway, and I'd prefer that you use it
instead of getting caught searching high and low for this one and
compromising the cache. You'll most likely find muggles within
15-20 feet of you no matter what time of day you attempt this one,
although they'll probably pay no attention to you whatsoever.
Coords were taken with a Garmin GPSr on a chilly winter day with
+/- 20 feet accuracy. Please let me know if you pull better coords,
and I'll update the page.
CONGRATS to mgbmusic on the FTF!!
