This should be a quick cache and go.
The cache is placed near a very interesting historical marker. There is also a nice view of the Allegheny River from this pull off. There is enough room for 3-4 cars.
I hope that the marker sparks your interest as it did mine. A quick Google search will give you hours of reading on the people and places mentioned on the marker.
Please take the time to make sure everything is sealed up before replacing the cache as the container is not 100% waterproof.
