Number four of our West Virginia JOE series.
If you've found the other three you know by now this is just a
JOE. Nothing exciting to see here, think of it this way if you're
traveling down 81 through Wild and Wonderful West Viginia, you've
just had the opportunity to grab 4 of our JOE's plus a few other
caches that aren't technical JOE's but serve the purpose without
adding much travel time to your trip. That's a decent amount of
smilies and you didn't get lost, you weren't bitten by ticks, you
didn't spend a lot of time hunting for tricky caches and there was
no need to use the phone a friend network. All caches have their
place, this one is for the traveling cachers. We hope it serves
that purpose.
We grabbed some JOE caches while visiting the Scrubs
Grandparents in VA and thought they were a great idea. When
planning our trips we always struggle with which caches really will
be quick grabs and which may end as disasters and getting lost in
an unfamiliar city. This cache is meant as a super quick grab for
those traveling through the area and a nice fast smiley for those
that already live here.
