How Geocaching Works

This is a nice easy find, but a tribute to my friend Stargazen, who had a cache here once upon a time. Stargazen, who I used to work with in RL, got me into caching. Sadly, his cache here was muggled--let's see how this one does. I took the best reading possible for the coordinates, but since the Arboretum likes to mess with them, let me know if anyone gets better readings.
This cache is also an ode to my caching trips with rodgowdy, where it was somehow my job to stick my hand into all the questionable spots looking for the cache.
I'm reluctant to give a spoiler--but just think of the name of the cache.
It seems that some people have not replaced it properly, so I guess I'll give another hint--- there is a hook that it hangs on, if people could replace it, so that it's not stuffed in the dirt, that'd be great, thanks.
