This is a beautiful Memorial. It sits in a very serene area off from the main John W. Selby Sports Complex in Park 18 in Queenstown.
Take some time to really look at the craftsmanship of the main pillar. Even if you are not connected to anyone in any of these job divisions, or know of anyone in them you can't help but be moved by the intense power of the picture.
The cache is NOT within the circle of the monument so there is no need to disturb anythiing there. However PLEASE, PLEASE, be respectful of the plant life. The landscaping is all new & still very fragile so DO NOT tear things up.
Be sure to push down all 4 sides of the container TIGHT when done & gently replace where it was.
Take a walk around the grounds or just sit & reflect. Whatever is your choice please take a moment to say a little prayer for those that have 'Given' above & beyond the call. Also remember those that were left behind to deal with that loss.
