Geocache Description:

Easy drive-by.

Sparky is the nickname of a young woman at the nearby high school. She is in a power wheelchair. Her teacher got a gpsr for Christmas and wanted to take Sparky out to find a geocache. He asked me which caches in Mesquite were actually WC accessible. I looked through the local cache pages and only found two of the ones rated 1.0 for terrain that were actually available to a person confined to a wheelchair. This cache location was chosen specifically to allow Sparky and others with limitations to grab this one.

After about three months I revisited this cache to find out the the lot had been paved and curbs had been added. This cache is no longer a 1.0 terrain. We need to establish some 1.0 terrains.
