Jassie's third (with a view) Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Happy Chappies: Thanks to jsmyong55 for the latest update - This is not the first time this cache has been kid-muggled, and given that finds are getting fewer and farther between I think it's time to archive.

This is our first non-event archiving! But after 3 years (Jassie is now 7!) and 78 finds it's time to let this one retire. Thanks to all of those who found it or tried, and the lovely logs on this, one of the first of our hides...

Geocache Description:

A simple, family friendly cache in a little-known park tucked away in the leafy streets of Balwyn.

This park was the site of our little girl’s third birthday party - A memorable event, made even better by how well this park catered to such an event. A big playground, big tables, lots of space, a bike path, water, dry creek beds, and a lovely view to top it all off. And given that at the time of this cache being planted there was a real lack of caches in the Balwyn area, we decided to plant a special one here.

This is a great park to cache with if you’ve got little ones. Lots of stuff to do, and they can come on a nice, safe walk with you all the way from the coord’s to GZ, no problem. Feel free to bring a picnic too! This can be a busy park on the weekends, so muggle-avoidance will be an issue.

The coordinates provided will bring you to a nice starting point at the best view point. To calculate GZ you will need to answer the following:

Count the number of horizontal wires making up the fence (just one side, not both). That number = a

S 37° 47.9(30-a)
E 145° 05.5(40-a)
