Geocache Description:


Telford Lake is a shallow, narrow lake nestled in the heart of Leduc, Alberta. It is in a small valley, sheltered from the wind. Telford Lake is a favoured nesting habitat for waterfowl. Bordering the lake is a walking trail and several viewing platforms. The lake is part of William F. Lede Regional Park, a popular year-round recreation area. Telford Lake is home to the Smokies Canoe and Kayak Club.
