Geocache Description:

You are seeking a small lock-and-lock hidden along the abandoned PRR Low Grade Line.

This cache is located just west along the low grade line from the "flyover" bridge at Whitford station where the low grade line crosses over the main line as the main heads down into the valley.

Access to this site is simple. Park in the gravel lot just up the hill from the station the trail head starts here - N 40 00.821 W 075 38.417. The entire hike is quite level.

This is the third in a series of caches I intend to hide along the old PRR Low Grade Line. This line used to run between the Trenton Cutoff at Glenloch (between the current Malvern and Exton stations) and the Main Line at Thorndale. It was created to facilitate the fast movement of east-west freight along along a route with fewer curves and shallower grades than the main line.
