Geocache Description:


This cache is located in an area that is a wonderful place to enjoy the river valley scenery. The cache is located in the Government House Park. Although it's name is not as famous as the ones accross the river from it, it is still enjoyed but many. Please watch for muggles as this is a high muggle area, especially in the afternoons when the weather is nice enough to enjoy the outdoors.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HIDE THE CACHE EXACTLY AS YOU FOUND IT.

Please note that the park is closed from 11 p.m to 5 a.m. daily.
The best place to park is in the Government House Park parking lot and then to use the multi-use trail to get to the cache.

This cache was placed for Edmonton’s winter second edition of the successful CAR2006 event and first annual CARW2007. This event involves hiding a cache during the time leading up to the CARW-event, finding CARW-caches over the designated 24 hour period (March 7-8, 2008) and then meeting up to swap CARW stories.. These CARW caches should not be sought out until 5:30 pm, Friday March 7th. See GC1804T.
