Geocache Description:

This is a small cache hidden in Bel Air, MD.

I often shopped at this small shopping center. Nearby are the remains of a road predating the current Route 24 that runs through town. It also looked like a good site for a cache. The site of the current Harford Mall used to be occupied by a horse racing track, and I guess this old road used to be associated somehow with the track.

There is plenty of parking near the cache--there is no need to park on Route 24. Besides which, you would probably get ticketed, as well as irritated alot of drivers. The intersection of Routes 24 and Business Route 1 is probably one of the busiest intersections in the county.

Muggles can be a problem, so be careful while you are searching.

This is Version 2 of this cache--the previous one was muggled. There are new coordinates for Version 2--so this cache is again open to those who found Version 1.

The Undutchables TB18XT7 is in the cache for the FTF Version 1.
The Unknown Puzzle TB1D3QB is in the cache for the FTF Version 2.

UPDATE (22 Sep 10): Version 3.0--The local topography of Version 2.0 had changed to the point where it could no longer be reliably hidden at its current spot. So, I have moved the cache to a new location close by. So, anyone who has previously found either Version 1.0 or 2.0 is welcomed to log a find for Version 3.0.

UPDATE (24 Oct 11): Version 4.0--muggles continue to be a problem at this location. So, I have gone to a smaller sized cache (a micro) in order to avoid problems--BYOP. The location of the cache has been moved slightly from Version 3's. As before, anyone who has found previous versions of this cache are welcomed to log a find for Versiojn 4.0.

UPDATE (9 Aug 14): Version 5.0--the road for which this cache is named is being torn up by the town, and muggles are still are problem. So, I have moved this cache down the road a little bit. I have upgraded the container to a greed decon container. As before, anyone who has found previous versions of this cache are welcomed to log a find for Versiojn 4.0.
