If only it would snow!!!
Along Toro Park's Ollason Trail, in the heart of bovine country, lies a hill whose wide treeless slopes offer fabulous sledding potential. Alas, this is Monterey County....... Although its slopes may never be blanketed with the white stuff, the hill does become a riot of wildflower color in the spring. The cache container is a clear, plastic Lock & Lock box filled with trade items, a log book, and a pen. Paying the parking fee and driving into the park will reduce your round trip by just over a mile. Entry fee is $2 per person walking, riding or driving.
