Geocache Description:

What is this thing? We were out driving and exploring new roads and cemeteries and came across this long forgotten piece of equipment, right on the side of the road. No one in our group could figure out what it is or what it was used for.

If you know what this thing is please let everyone know in your log entry. Even if you don't know what it is, I would like for everyone to put on their best BS cap and write a log that will convince us that your answer is the correct answer.

The cache is a small Lock N Lock, it is not hidden on or near the piece of equipment, it is just a few steps away. We were here in the dark and did not get to explore much but there is an old road behind the equipment and some other items scattered across the ground in the area.
