The location of this cache can be found in the logbook of CCC WALKABOUT GC18N96 which is located on the grounds of Clackamas Community College. CCC WALKABOUT is in a nature area and there are no dogs allowed, however the rest of CCC is dog friendly as long as you bring a bag and practice cito with what your dog leaves behind

The rating is such because of the high muggle traffic at some times.
