We have the King's Chair looking South so I thought it would be nice to have a place to comtemplate the Land of PHAH from a different direction.
I believe the sign on the road gate mentioned something about the site being government property but I don't remember it indicating you could not travel the road. Their are "Don't go there" signs on both sides of the access road. The water tower area should be considered public (municipal); thus there should be access to it by the public. This road is the only viable access to it. DO NOT go inside the fenced areas as that would be considered potential 'terrorist activity' these days.
You are looking for a small, cammo altoids container. (It is large enough to trade some geocoins.)
