Geocache Description:

One more twisted musical number from your humble cachers, Radnord and Wildeyes7. This one a tribute to one of our favorite bands since the early 80s, U2.
Cache On!

You say you want diamonds on a ring of gold. You say you want your story to remain untold. But all the promises we made, From the cradle to the grave, When all I want is you
You say you'll give me a highway with no one on it, A treasure just to look upon it, All the riches in the night. Well, maybe not all of the riches but a geocache, nonetheless. Nestled deep in the Illahee Reserve, this regular Lock ‘n’ Lock container is camouflaged and waiting to be found by an intrepid cacher. In this forest, The Streets Have No Name, as a matter of fact, there are no streets, or many trails, and no trail to this cache. Actually there is one access road, Thompson Dr, that will get you close but the last couple hundred feet are by wit and guile.

I have reflected the poor GPSr reception in the difficulty level and request that if you have a fancy, high-priced unit and can get better coordinates than I was able to with my humble e-trex, then let me know. I was having trouble getting a good lock, but am confident that the above coordinates will get you pretty close.

U2 says that Love Is Blindness, and you might feel that way a bit as you make your way to the hide, but take heart, the bushwhacking is not too bad. Look for the path of least resistance and you should come out unscathed. But no promises! Long pants would be in order.

So, if you are up for a challenge, and don’t mind tripping Through the Wires, a successful hunt will be richly rewarded. . Even love won’t rescue you here, but there are several trackable items to entice the bold

Love rescue me
Come forth and speak to me
Raise me up and don't let me fall
No man is my enemy
My own hands imprison me
Love rescue me

Many strangers have I met
On the road to my regret
Many lost who seek to find themselves in me
They ask me to reveal
The very thoughts they would conceal
Love rescue me
