Geocache Description:

This cache was placed as part of the Neighbour of Leap Year's day Bash Event. An easy roadside cache with a nice view. The container is a plastic screw-top, about 750ml in size.

No, we didn't spot a rinkhals here! The observant will spot the significance of the cache name. But, as always, be careful where you stick your hands into when geocaching...

A lovely tar road, seemingly in the middle of nowhere (with dirt roads at either end), brings you to a high point in the area. On a reasonably clear day, you can even see the SABC tower in Muckelneuk, Pretoria (We spotted it - see if you can!)

Conspiracy theorists may wonder which VIP lives on this road. This is a professional tar road. Does it lead to some film-star's game farm? Does a high power member of government have a weekend place out here? Or were two neighbours just tired of the bumpy ride when they went to visit each other? Yours oh Sherlock is the puzzle!!!

Please be careful to replace the cache so that it cannot be seen from the road.
