Cache is in a rock heap on the southbound side of rte 23 and Highland Ave. Only 300feet from a parking spot and an easy walk and slight uphill but short climb.This is my first ammo can.Park right side of highland ave just off the side of rte 23 south. Looks like a dirt parking area.
Cache is a 50 cal army can well marked as geocaching game. After parking on the right side of highlands ave, cross over the road so as to cross a flat area. No need to walk along the roadside of rte 23 at all to reach this cache. There are 3 rocky hills and 2 graveyards.( one gaveyard is where i guess they pile up the deer that get hit on the highway.) its not a nice sight so keep to the right and go around the hill to the other side to climb. The other graveyard seems to be the old bones of old automobiles. The old car parts are scattered everywhere and some so old that the wheels had spokes.Cover the cache back up well.
