New to geocaching? Been around for awhile? Come and meet other geocachers at our first? Peterborough breakfast event. In recognition of Ontario's new family day, I thought we could get some of the families out for a hearty breakfast, followed by a family day of caching! I'm also looking forward to an opportunity to meet some of the cachers from this area.
When: 9:00am Monday February 18th 2008
Where: Ricky's! All Day Grill Peterborough, Ontario
This will be a small, fun gathering, the room is booked with seating for 35, so we need to know how many people are in your party. So PLEASE INDICATE THE NUMBER IN YOUR PARTY on your Will Attend log.
For those who have not geocached in this area, there are more than 60 caches within a 15 km radius of the restaurant.
Join Geocachers from around the area to swap travel bugs, geocoins and stories from some of your and our greatest Geocaching adventures. Maybe find some help with a Geocache that has you stumped. This is a great opportunity to meet other geocachers and get help solving any puzzle caches. After a hearty breakfast, maybe join up with some other cachers and go find a bunch! (Besides, the room is booked for another group at 12, so we have to clear out!)

There is plenty of parking and an entrance near the posted coordinates. (I'll be stopping by again this week to confirm the co-ordinates!)

Update: I have now contacted the restaurant again to confirm they are okay to handle this size of group. Good news! They are going to move the group out of the meeting room, and give us the lower level seating area. There is space for 75 in this area. Room for 12 or so more!!
There are some other local names that I haven't seen post yet, but would love to meet!
