Green Start Traditional Cache

XL Ammo container at the base of Snowbasin Ski Resort. Within short (<40') walking distance of parking.
At the above coordinates you will find an extra-large ammo container. Due to snowy winter weather it may be covered in snow but there is a small cord clipped to a tree limb above the cache, so follow the rope to the cache if covered in snow.
The cache is less than 40 feet from the road/parking area, however, be prepared to walk in very deep snow and possibly up a snow bank depending on your route when grabbing this cache in the winter months. The terrain rating is high due to the snow. However, during the summer it will be a very easy drive up and grab cache.
Inside the cache you will find a large log book. Inside the cover of the log book is an information sheet detailing a fun winter game in conjunction with a day on the slopes, play if you so choose! You're welcome to post a note on this cache page letting us know how far you reached in the winter adventure!

There is a very nice first to find gift! I hope the FTF cacher uses this gift while out geocaching and possibly to complete the winter game detailed inside the cache!!
